To maintain consistency in taste and quality, we limit the number of qualified staff to create our products and services. Due to this limited capacity, we ask the customer to place orders at least five (5) days in advance of the requested completion date (at least seven (7) days for custom design cakes). This will help us minimize waste, keep the cost down, and offer the very best product to you, the customers. Deposits: We may ask you for your credit card number as a form of deposit at the time of order placement. We will not run the credit card through if you want to make the payment in cash or check. Payment: Payments are due at the time of delivery or pick-up. We accept Cash, Check, or major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). Cancellation: Following fee is charged on your credit card in case of cancellation. 50% = Two (2) to Five (5) days before due date 75% = One (1) day before due date 100% = On due date Delivery: Deliveries are made Tuesdays through Saturdays, from 11:00am to 6:00pm, free of charge within Carmel, IN city limits . We may also deliver outside Carmel for a nominal charge. Please contact us for details. Pick-Up: Pick-up at selected merchants in Carmel, IN is also available free of charge.
